Read what some of our 2023-2024 Aspiring Principals Academy participants had to say about their experience in the program.

"This is hands down the best training I've had in years. There wasn't a session I walked away from thinking that it was a waste of my time. Every session filled my toolbox with the skills and techniques I will need moving forward. If you haven't done this training, and you want to become a principal, you need to."

"It’s hard to quantify the impact of this opportunity. I have grown as a school leader, as a member of an educational network, and as a reflective individual. Sometimes we have to step away from our buildings to realize the ways we can best serve our school communities. The Aspiring Principals Academy has connected me to a cohort of impressive, dedicated, and amazing people, and I would encourage any AP to participate. Be prepared for growth!"
