During the program, each honoree will be given an opportunity to reflect on her professional journey, and to pinpoint decisions that required brave action. In addition to hearing from the honorees, Chancellor's Professor of English and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Julie Goodspeed-Chadwick, Ph.D., will speak to the attendees about exploring the differences between surviving and thriving in the workplace, through storytelling and evidence-based approaches.
