Elul @ the PJC -- September 21

The Jewish month immediately preceding the High Holidays is traditionally a time of reflection, renewal, and return. Join us on three Wednesday nights in Elul as we begin this sacred work. With an eye towards bringing the transformative power of teshuvah (repentance) more fully into our own lives, we will have an opportunity to sing, write, reflect, and check in with one another as we navigate our twisting and interlocking paths towards a new year.

The last of the Elul events is this week, Wed. 9/21, 7:30pm @ the PJC w/ R. Resnick and Ba’al Tefilah Jack Klebanow

Next PJC Soup Kitchen - October 20

Volunteers are needed!

If you would like to help or would like more information, please contact

Michael Dvorkin.

PJC Library News
Our library is open.
Coming Soon: Date TBA
Raid our shelves so
we can make room for new books!

New books can be found on the mantle. To check out a book, find the pocket with a card in the back. Write your name and the date you borrowed the book. Leave the card in one of the blue bins.

Please return all borrowed books to one of the two blue bins provided -- one in the library by the large windowsill, the other on the guest desk in the main office. This will enable the librarians to keep books in circulation and keep track of who is borrowing our books. Do not shelve returned books.

Thank you for your cooperation. -- Barbara & Liz
