BIOGRAPHIES

Morgan McGovern

Managing Director, Advisor, Constellation Wealth Capital, LLC


Morgan leads Technology Consulting for Constellation Wealth Capital. She focuses on helping CWC's partner firms streamline their technology stack and integrations. Previously, she was Director and Head of Technology Consulting at BNY Mellon | Pershing. In this role, she empowered firms to make technology decisions that enabled them to work more efficiently and better serve their clients. She also co-led the INSITE University Student Experience and was a regional lead for Pershing's Reverse Mentoring program. Prior to BNY Mellon | Pershing, Morgan was the Corporate Relations Specialist at CFP Board, working exclusively with RIA firms, and prior to that was an associate financial advisor at an RIA in the DC Metro area. Morgan earned her B.S. in Finance, concentration in Financial Planning from Virginia Tech, and her MBA, emphasis in Financial Psychology and Behavioral Finance from Creighton University. She is a CFP® professional.


Cynthia Trillo

Managing Director, Head of GS Advisor Solutions and GS Select Operations, Goldman Sachs


Cynthia Trillo is the Head of Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions (GSAS) and Goldman Sachs Select Operations. Cynthia has over 15 years of Operations experience managing cross-functional teams dedicated to processing all aspects of our clients’ needs with a focus on building scalable, streamlined digital-first processes, and data driven solutions to better service our clients She joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 in New York as an associate in Structured Credit and Equities Derivatives within Operations prior to relocating to Salt Lake City in 2012. Cynthia was named managing director in 2023. In her down time, Cynthia enjoys the great outdoors with her family and hitting the slopes with her spouse and two young daughters. Cynthia earned a BA in Political Science and Economics from Vassar College and a JD from St. John’s University School of Law. She also earned an LLM in International Business & Trade from American University Washington College of Law.


Tracy Tuens

Managing Director, Cynosure Wealth Advisors


Tracy Tuens has 30 years of leadership experience in the wealth management and advisory industry, advising PE/VC investors, late-stage founders, innovators and single family offices. Tracy’s unique approach offers advice and strategic wealth planning plans across a client’s business interests, investments, tax and estate planning, banking, fiduciary and charitable objectives. Prior to joining Cynosure Management LLC, Tracy was Managing Director of SVB Private’s family office practice on the West Coast. Previously, she has led business development, and held client advisory and managerial roles, at the largest global banks including Bank of New York Mellon and SVB Private, as well as at boutique firms such as Chequers Financial Management, LLC and Robertson Stephens & Company. Tracy received a degree in international political economy from the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently a board member of the BizWorld.org, focused on educating youth in finance and entrepreneurship; 5th Element Group, a global consulting firm and UC Berkeley’s Political Economy Advisory Board. She has previously served on the board of private company HYL.


Kimberly Venable

Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, Vanilla


Kimberly works at Vanilla, to empower everyone to create a meaningful legacy. Her entire career has focused on strengthening our society by connecting businesses with their local communities to maximize impact. In addition to serving on the Impact Advisory Board at Aaron Wealth Advisors, she serves on the Investment & Finance Committee for the Board of the Girl Scouts of Utah, the Executive Committee for Womenpreneurs, the Senior Practitioner Advisory Group for 100 Women in Finance Salt Lake City, and on the School Community Council for the Utah Community Land Trust. Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Utah.


Molly Lynn

Vice President, Head of Account Management & Client Success, Addepar


Molly is the Head of Account Management and Client Success at Addepar. In her role, she leads teams focused on ensuring product adoption and growth with the company's existing clients. Prior to joining Addepar in 2021, Molly served as the Head of Business Development at Cross Creek and spent 13 years at Credit Suisse, where she led the Midwest Equity Sales Team, concentrating on expanding client businesses across various sectors such as banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. Molly earned her degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Molly is passionate about supporting and mentoring women. She is a founding member of the Salt Lake City Chapter of 100 Women in Finance and actively mentors college students through Women Who Succeed.
