Today was the last full day of school at West for this school year.

Tuesday, June 7th and Wednesday, June 8th are Bridge Days - the primary purpose of Bridge Days is to provide the opportunity for students with D or F grades to revise or re-do key assessments. Students with Ds or Fs in any class are invited to attend Bridge Days in the morning on June 7th and 8th. Ask your teacher about specific assessments to focus on as we finish the semester strong!

There are no classes on Thursday, June 9th or Friday, June 10th.
Graduation Reminders

Tuesday, June 7th is the mandatory graduation practice in the Steven’s Gym at 12:30. Seniors will receive their stole as well as their teacher leader assignment, and the class picture will be taken. Please remember to bring your gown to wear for the photo!

Saturday, June 11th is our Graduation Ceremony. Seniors, please arrive to the Kohl Center no later than 12:15. The ceremony begins at 1:00.

Free Physicals for Athletes
Any student-athletes that need a physical for the 2022-23 school athletic year - Pivotal Health will be at West on June 7th at noon in the Athletic Training office (room 1182). No guardian is required to be present but should be available via phone.
Another free physical option will be at Cherokee Middle School from July 25th-27th.
Yearbook Distribution
With the impacts of COVID on the school year and supply chain delays, the yearbook will not arrive before the end of the year.

Due to construction, yearbook distribution will happen at Cherokee Middle School:

June 21st from 9 am to 3:30 pm

Please continue to watch your email for updates related to weather and directions for the day. Because COVID still remains an issue, observe social distancing when picking up your books.

Yearbooks are available for those who purchased one via fees by the end of January. Students and staff wanting to purchase a yearbook can do so on June 21st while supplies last.

Not able to come that day? A parent/guardian can pick up the book for you. You may also stop in at Cherokee after that date to get your book.

Not sure if you purchased a yearbook? You can look at Infinite Campus in fees. I encourage you to filter by the school year.

Please spread the word about Yearbook Pick-Up and we look forward to seeing you there!
