Alum workforce survey to be offered to ATS schools
Interested to learn more about where your alums are working, the competencies they most heavily rely on, and their financial outlook? So are we! All ATS member schools are invited to participate in the 2022 Alum/Mapping the Workforce Survey. This survey invites schools to gather data from their 2011, 2015, and 2020 graduating classes. Part of the Organizational and Educational Models project funded by Lilly Endowment Inc., this survey is a follow up to the 2017 Alum/Mapping the Workforce Survey and will provide important data on trends in theological education. An invitation letter will be sent to your chief academic officer in May inviting your participation and asking you to name a coordinator at your school who will be responsible for distributing the survey to your alums. Participants will each receive a report on the data from their alums at no charge.
