Last week, on June 14th, we teamed up with our iServe colleagues to preach the Gospel at Bankadwittayakom High School, about a half hour drive south from Chiang Mai. From the above picture, you can see that there were about 800 students and staff attending the event. We’re so thankful for this opportunity to not only present the Gospel, but to join the local community in providing this educational and potentially life-saving assistance to the students.

We distributed 102 New Testaments with QR codes and 106 motorcycle helmets at our Koala Love outreach at Bankadwittayakom High School. Nearly 800 people heard the Gospel at this event. Our Koala Love outreaches are giving us substantial access to schools throughout Thailand where we not only promote road safety but share the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ.

EVANGELISM & DISCIPLESHIP IN FANG DISTRICT

In May, Kelly and I donated $330 to purchase a machine that makes chicken-food pellets (above picture). A Christian pastor and his wife are evangelizing and discipling children in Fang District (about 3 hours north of Chiang Mai). To be self-supporting in their efforts, they're raising egg-laying chickens. I've also been working with this couple on how to create core values and a mission and vision statement for their ministry.

Next week, June 28-30th, I'll be making a weekend trip to Fang (see above map) for a Koala Love road safety outreach at a local school. We'll be delivering 100 Bibles and motorcycle helmets to the students. On Saturday and Sunday, we'll be serving with an evangelistic outreach team at a soccer academy, where they're using soccer to form relationships, evangelize, and make disciples with the children in the local community. Your prayers in advance for this outreach are greatly appreciated.
