PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

This past week we welcomed Florida House District 12 Representative Clay Yarborough. Representative Yarborough highlighted what was discussed during this year’s 60-day general legislative session, as well as why both special sessions were called by the Governor. He touched on the current status of the district maps for the U.S. house seats as well as the most recent session on legislation to stabilize Florida’s property Insurance market.

We are currently in a sales tax holiday for disaster preparedness. Other sales tax holidays were highlighted and expanded this year. I would definitely keep a look out for these incentives happening during the summer months.

At just over 6600 yards, our course demands not only an accurate tee shot but precise iron play as well. With 6 tees selections, there is an enjoyable round of golf available to everyone. Water comes into play on numerous holes, with green complexes that are guarded by both sand and grass bunkers. Bring your game and come enjoy one of the best course layouts in all of North Florida.
