With the new school year on the horizon, it is important that some procedural items are taken care of before the first day. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to complete the annual required paperwork for each student and family prior to starting the school year. Please read and complete each step.

You will find all of the necessary links below. For your convenience, the links are also located on the school's website. Go to the "For Parents" tab at the top of the home page, then click on the "Parent Resources" tab.

The deadline for submitting all forms is today.

On this form, you will be filling out a two-page health information section for each child. It may be helpful to gather health insurance cards, doctor and dentist contact information, and emergency contact numbers before you begin.

STEP 3 -- UPDATED RECORDS

Each student must have the items below on record prior to the first day of school. By Florida law, children are not allowed to enter school until these forms have been submitted and are on file.

We are excited to share new technology enhancements and plans for the upcoming school year!

Click here to read about the updates, review the Technology Handbook, and complete the Acceptable Usage Policy form.

LUNCH & CATERING
When sending a child's lunch from home, it must be sent in a soft, closeable lunch tote. We suggest including a freezer pack in your child's lunch box since they will not be kept in a refrigerated area.
Some examples of ideal lunchboxes are the Land's End 'Classmate EZ' lunch box and the Pottery Barn 'Mackenzie' lunchbox.

At your child's Meet and Greet, you will be given a lunch tag with your child's name and class on the label. These will need to be placed on your child's lunch box prior to the first day of school.
Families who wish to utilize catered lunch will do
so through Bagel King.

Catered lunch is offered 5 days a week.

Orders can be placed online through our website. Meal options range from $4 to $7 daily.

Students in K-4, K-5 and 1st grade
will have their catered lunch delivered to their table.

Students in grades 2 through 6 will go to the catered lunch area to collect their lunches.

New Update!
To further strengthen the safety and security of the campus, the decision has been made to eliminate the left turn from Magnolia Street into the school.

We are asking all parents to please follow the flow of traffic entering campus during carpool, and ALL vehicles are to enter the school from Magnolia by turning right into the school.

Again, this is being adjusted to further strengthen the safety of our school.

We appreciate your support.
