On a Personal Note, Just a short way into 2023 and we are truly enjoying the beautiful Florida winter weather! This first 2023 newsletter starts off with my On A Personal Note and a look back to my Top 10 Annual Highlights for 2022 in real estate and life which often intertwine. 

  • My daughter, Nicole, and Alex got engaged and will be married at beautiful Selby Gardens on 11/4/23!
  • My granddaughter, Ruby, turned 2 and will welcome a brother soon!
  • I achieved $45+ million in closed sales with an additional $10 million in pending sales for 2023, my second highest volume year. I will exceed total career sales of $500 million in 2023 - THANK YOU!
  • Entrepreneurship remained an integral family value with Daniel's Well Seasoned business delivering ready-to-cook meats and Nicole joining Bilt Rewards, a credit card which allows you to earn points on rent and offers great ways to use your points including for a future down payment.
  • John and I purchased a condo and embarked on a yearlong renovation...it's been a great process but I understand firsthand the challenges of building and renovating!
  • I walked an average of 7 miles a day, a 15% increase from 2022.
  • Thankful for my wonderful team - I could not do it without them - Kelly Sallee and new member Amy Cullen, and wishing good luck to Lela Pentsa who is off to new endeavors.
  • My golf game stayed about the same and breaking 110 remains an elusive goal.
  • I met so many new friends thru my real estate business and completed sales in Downtown and throughout Sarasota Mainland, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch and even St. Pete.
  • As with every year, I looked back to cherish so many memories with family and friends and look forward to many more to come!
