Journey to Excellence is a road map that helps identify your unit's strengths and areas that your unit could possibly improve. And, the best part, you don't go through this process alone. This is where your Commissioner Team swoops in to help out with a Collaborative Assessment! We guide your unit's Key 3 through the program a couple times a year and come up with a plan (specifically a Unit Service Plan- aptly named, right?)
