Sheila shares this message:
Living My Purpose: In a few days I will reach another milestone birthday. At the TSC I’m still considered to be “on the younger side,” but not as much as I used to be. I am amazed every day at the people I have known for 20 and 30 years – who were over age 60 when I met them! It is humbling to work with seniors who have endured and thrived many adventures, challenges, and authentic hardships–yet keep exploring, learning, and inspiring others with their determination and resiliency to live life to the fullest. Helping people, especially seniors find, continue–or re-invent their purpose–is what we do at the Tallahassee Senior Center. So, for my 65th birthday, please join me in supporting this great mission–to offer programs, activities and opportunities designed to encourage active living, optimal aging and social fitness for independent adults age 50+. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives through the years. I am beyond grateful for these 65 years and the fullness of life I am living.

For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to the
