Collision repair at NCC earns highest level of accreditation
The Collision Repair Program at Nashua Community College has received the highest level of program accreditation recognized by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Students in the program learn vehicle repair through practical and state-of-the-art repair techniques, readying them for in-demand jobs in New Hampshire.
New England utility companies prepare to recruit next generation of line workers as retirements loom
Unitil provides electricity and natural gas to customers in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, and many of their line workers who have helped to keep our lights on for years will soon call it a career. The company said it wants to have a pipeline of replacements. So, companies like Unitil and Eversource are taking a proactive approach to the next generation of line workers, looking to Manchester Community College as a key partner.
WMCC adds electric vehicle certificate and curriculum
Fuel prices are approaching an all-time high, leading to a growing interest in electric vehicles. To address the need for skilled technicians to maintain them, White Mountains Community College is adding a new Electric Vehicle (EV) Technician certificate to its Automotive Technology program this fall.

The Community College System of NH is NH's statewide system of community colleges offering associate degree and certificate programs, professional training, transfer pathways to four-year degrees, and dual-credit partnerships with NH high schools.
