The Fayette Area Lions Den is a non-profit fitness facility and recreation center located at 158 Lions Den Drive in McAlisterville.

Facility Hours:

Monday - Thursday- 6 am to 9 pm

Friday-6 am to 7 pm

Saturday- 7 am to 3 pm

​Sunday- 1 pm to 4 pm

You can purchase a day pass for the gym or a class pass for an aerobics class OR...you can get a membership for a month, six months, or even the year!  

We have a variety of gym equipment, such as treadmills, ellipticals, cybex machines, etc., as well as a free weight room. 

Our facility also houses the McAlisterville MJAAA Senior Center and a satellite office for State Representative David Rowe’s Legislative Aide to assist with constituents’ needs.

Aerobic classes are offered every day of the week (except Sundays), including:

Silver Sneakers

Zumba

Spin/Strength

HIIT

Yoga

Full Strength

& Rock Out!

Karate classes are available through Jezewski Martial Arts on Mondays and Wednesdays for children and adults.

We also offer a mini camp for 3 days the week of July 4th, which is all about Baking and we can't wait to taste all the yummy treats the kids will prepare! 

While our Fall and Winter indoor soccer and field hockey sessions are finished, we are already planning and looking forward to our

- Lewistown United Ministries in Neighborhood Action provides the youth and families of Mifflin County the opportunity to grow and learn in a safe and Christ-centered environment. We depend on community support to help us provide an Afterschool Program, Rainbow Summer Camp, Kid's Activity Nights, Family Activity Nights, Teen Drop In Nights, as well as Power Packs for the Lewistown Elementary School, at no cost to the students and their families.

You can make a difference in the life of a child simply by mentoring them in reading, math, homework, character development, life skills, music, cooking, summer camp, Bible time, and so much more!

We need volunteers to GIVE, not just monetarily, but just as importantly, the purpose-giving component of TIME and COMPASSION.
