Employee Assistance Program

We value the work and dedication of every Friendship team member. We also realize there are many factors that contribute to employees’ well-being and to promoting balance between work and home life. That’s why we’ve partnered with BHS as our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider!

Whether you’re experiencing personal life problems, such as marital strife, legal or financial issues, stress, emotional problems, family problems, and drug- or alcohol- related problems, all services provided by the EAP are available 24/7, free of charge and confidential.

Here are just a few of the available services:

  •  Master’s level clinicians for in-the-moment support and guidance when you need someone to talk to;
  • behavioral health resource navigation, including short-term counseling support; and
  • consultation with a legal or financial expert

For additional support, employees may visit: portal.BHSonline.com

, and enter the username and password below or call 1-800-386-7055 to consult with a Care CoordinatorIt’s a generic login, so every employee enrolled in the guardian life/disability plan is eligible to use this same log in.

We sincerely hope that you will take advantage of this free resource and welcome your feedback as you begin to interact with BHS.

In honor of our scholars' MAP Star success, Friendship CEO Patricia Brantley and CAO Vielka Scott-Marcus hosted a virtual “lunch and learn” for campuses that achieved their NWEA MAP testing goals! Teachers seized the opportunity to share their formulas for success in their classrooms. FPCS Armstrong’s Brittany Richardson (pictured above) merges virtual and in-person instruction in her 7th grade ELA class by taking a completely digital approach. “My students use very little pen and paper”, Brittany explains via Classkick, an educational app that gives scholars have access to lesson plans and assignments. Classkick also allows Brittany to track student’s academic progress and ultimately assess what improvements should be made in real-time.

Congratulations, Armstrong, Blow Pierce, Chamberlain, Southeast and Woodridge!
