Application:

Versakut 6970 is specifically formulated for virtually all machining operations on stainless steel, cold rolled steel and other difficult ferrous metals.

It has been successfully used in machining all types of aluminum and other soft metals as well.

These applications include tapping, broaching, turning, milling, drilling, sawing, and grinding. Versakut 6970 is versatile enough to use on some non-ferrous metals with little or no stain.

David Hamby, our VP of Metalworking Fluids, says that "JEI has been formulating metalworking fluids for over 25 years. Soluble oil, semi or full synthetic products are available. Fluids for special applications can be formulated in house to meet your most demanding requirements".

Anna Musselwhite, is our marketing intern for the summer. She is a senior at Clemson University and is set to graduate in December.
