Welcome from Our Team
Hello everyone,
Now we can officially say it: summer is here! June has started, bringing with it an abundance of energy from the sunny, long days. It's the perfect time to rejuvenate, soak up lots of vitamin D, and enjoy all those wonderful outdoor activities we've been waiting for. While you're out and about, don't forget to protect yourself: use sunscreen, wear sunglasses, and be vigilant in forests. Safety first so you can fully enjoy everything summer has to offer!
June is also a special month because we get to celebrate fathers. It's a wonderful time to reflect on the importance of men’s health as well. Taking care of our dads means encouraging them to stay healthy and active. Dads play such an important role in our lives, and they deserve to be appreciated and celebrated.
So, let’s take a moment this month to recognize and thank the dads and father figures who support, guide, and inspire us. Whether it's through a small gesture or a grand celebration, let's show them how much they mean to us.
Now, let's recap our May activities and look ahead to June.
May Round-Up and Heads Up for June
May was a whirlwind of activity for us! We had something for everyone - adults, children, and families alike. We got creative and made some beautiful bracelets. We had a blast playing various board games. Teens enjoyed some friendly competition on the basketball court. We celebrated the wonderful moms in our lives on Mother’s Day. Children enjoyed learning about the important roles of firefighters and the fascinating world of birds. Most importantly, we spent quality time together, strengthening our community bonds.
We are so grateful to everyone who participated in our activities. Your trust and enthusiasm mean the world to us. And guess what? The fun doesn't stop here! We have more activities planned for the summer, so stay tuned.

Check out the newsletter below for more details!

Celebrating Paternity Week June 10 to June 16: Supporting Men and Fathers
Did you know that from June 10 to June 16, we celebrate Paternity Week? This special week is dedicated to honoring the men in our lives - fathers, soon-to-be dads, and father figures - who play crucial roles in shaping families and communities.
Why is Paternity Week Important?
Paternity Week serves as a reminder to prioritize men's health and well-being. It encourages us to support fathers in their journey, recognizing their efforts in nurturing and guiding the next generation.
Supporting Men as Dads
During Paternity Week, let's take a moment to appreciate the diverse roles of fathers from the everyday tasks to the profound moments that shape a child's life. Whether it's teaching life lessons, providing emotional support, or simply being there, fathers make a significant impact.
How You Can Participate
Join us in celebrating Paternity Week by expressing gratitude to the fathers and father figures in your life. Share their stories, acknowledge their contributions, and show appreciation for their commitment to family.

This month, we want to share an interesting and useful pamphlet from our partner Educaloi in regard to health care:
“There are several ways to plan your health care. Some are more formal than others. This pamphlet provides an overview of ways to plan your health care and the differences between them...”
