Norm Johnson will be replacing Steve Shelby as V.P. of Sales and Marketing.
Norm Johnson joins Cross Technologies, Inc., with 39 years of experience in business management through leadership roles in engineering, program management, operations, and business leadership teams.
Before accepting his position at Cross Technologies, Norm worked for Honeywell as Senior Product Marketing Manager within the Aerospace group supporting SATCOM terminals across all the Aero Business Units. Previously, Norm served as a Principal Customer Support Program Manager within the Defense and Space group supporting all Space and Missiles programs. He also held positions as Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, and business area manager vice president for EMS D&S’s Space Electronics.
Norm holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
