Join us for the biggest and best Sojourn yet!! The adventure takes place on Saturday, June 1st. Come along as we paddle a ten-mile stretch of the Perkiomen Creek from Schwenksville to Oaks! Explore the scenic beauty and hidden treasures of the Perkiomen.


This year we're hosting a special lunchtime celebration at our new Collegeville Boat Ramp! Lunch includes a boxed lunch from Kimberton Whole Foods and a a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the Perkiomen Creek becoming an official PA State Water Trail!

Get a jump on these unique summer programs! We have opportunities for students Pre-K through High School. Our Summer Science Academy is great for younger students and introduces them to the wonders of the natural world. Our Floating Classroom is great for older students and balances education with good ole' fashion fun!

New This Year... Check out our Floating Classroom Adventure Camp! This is next-level fun as students paddle further and dive deeper into outdoor recreation. Students will learn about cooking, camping and wilderness survival!

2024 Volunteer Training Sessions


Join us for hands-on service learning sessions, focusing on four conservation projects and their related environmental topics. Learn how to help the Conservancy tackle and maintain vital conservation projects throughout the watershed.

Interns Needed!


We have the perfect opportunity for undergraduate students looking to gain hands-on experience. Interns assist the Conservation Department with a variety of projects that offer firsthand experience in the areas of conservation, restoration ecology, invasive species management and environmental education.

  Native Plant Work Days


Volunteer with our Conservation Team every Wednesday afternoon at project areas throughout the watershed. Sow native seeds, transplant seedlings, plant local rain gardens, maintain native tree plantings, and more!

Event Recap...

2024 Stream Clean-up Stats!


It was another RECORD-BREAKING event... Results are in from our April 13th Stream Clean-up! In total, 1,806 volunteers, removed 1,733 trash bags, 180 tires and 2,400 lbs. of scrap metal from 163 different sites! The Perkiomen Stream Clean-up would not be possible without our rockstar volunteers and amazing event sponsors! Thank you to everyone who made the 2024 Clean-up such a SUCCESS - See you again next year!
