Mitch Anderson

Mitch joined Jellum Law with experience as Assistant General Counsel of a federally chartered bank, where he focused on documenting conventional and government-guaranteed commercial loans, as well as assisting with complex SBA loan structures, negotiation, workout, and litigation of SBA Debt.

Courtney Arena

Courtney joined Jellum Law with over 15 years of experience working, managing, and negotiating loan documents in the banking industry with an emphasis on government guaranteed lending as both in-house and outside counsel. Additionally, Courtney has been responsible for management of a federally chartered bank's closing department. 

Amber Bowen



Amber joined Jellum Law as a Loan Closing Assistant with experience in business management and banking. Amber supports the team with her superior communication skills and attention to detail. 

Amy Laue

Amy joined Jellum Law with over 20 years of experience in commercial lending, and most recently, as an SBA Loan Operations Manager for a lender service provider. In 2019, she earned her Fundamental Diploma from the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lending (NAGGL). 

Elaine Mikel

Elaine originally joined Jellum Law as a Law Clerk in 2019, and successfully passed the bar exam in 2020. Elaine is an Attorney working primarily on our Transaction Team. 

Kim Ray

Kim joined Jellum Law with over 16 years of experience advising banks regarding small business loan closings with an emphasis on government guaranteed lending as both in-house and outside counsel. Additionally, Kim has been responsible for management of a federally chartered bank' closing department.
