Mon., May 31, 9:15 am: New Canaan Memorial Day Parade. Meet in the St. Mark’s Church parking lot to march with your Staying Put friends or join in
along the way. Weather permitting. RSVP.
Wed., June 2, 4:00 pm: Hanford - Silliman House Tour and Reception. This 18th century gem, built by weaver Stephen Hanford, showcases spinning wheels and a rare traveling loom. The Tour will be followed by a wine and cheese reception on the porch. Rain date - Thurs., June 3, 4 pm. Free. RSVP by June 1.
Mon., June 7, 9:30 am: Zoom Men’s Coffee. Join Staying Put member Pete Stair as he hosts a virtual discussion. Make your own cup of coffee and enjoy the lively conversation. Free. RSVP. 
Wed., June 9, 3:00 pm: Potted Plants for Patios at Donna Simone’s.  Pot your own and bring it home. Plants and containers generously donated by Donna. Green thumbs optional. Light refreshments. Rain date - Thurs., June 10, 3:00 pm. RSVP by Mon., June 7.
Mon., June 14, 12:00 pm: Hot Diggity Dog. Bring your well behaved dog to our Westminster Kennel Club Best in Show event. Hot dogs and all the fixins' for lunch. We'll be meeting on the Staying Put Patio, 58 Pine Street. Rain date - Tues., June 15, 12:00 pm. Free. RSVP by Fri., June 11.

Dining Out at Restaurant 123. We'll have dinner together on the patio of our favorite restaurant. Come and enjoy a delicious meal and the company of your Staying Put friends. Rain date - Wed., June 16, 6:00 pm. You pay your tab. RSVP by Fri., June 11.
Thurs., June 17, 10:00 am: Father's Day Coffee. Join us as we honor and celebrate Fathers on the Staying Put Patio, 58 Pine Street. All men are welcome whether a Father or not! It will be a morning of good fellowship, coffee and treats. Rain date - Fri., June 18, 10:00 am. Free. RSVP. by Tues., June 15.
Mon., June 21, 10:00 am: Ladies' Patio Coffee. Join us as we gather outside on the Staying Put Patio, 58 Pine Street. We'll have coffee, snacks, and a fun time seeing one another in person. Rain date - Tues., June 22, 10:00 am. Free. RSVP by Fri., June 18.

Harry's Hurricane Punch

Ingredients
8 oz. Mount Gay Rum
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
4 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Lime Juice
1 Tbs. Grenadine
2 oz. Water or Club Soda
Orange Slice and Cherry

Directions
In a large pitcher, stir all ingredients together. Refridgerate until cold. Pour mixture over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry. Makes 8 cocktails.
