This list is complied every month, and exposes how local areas are experiencing fast moving supply and rising demand. This is what it means to be 'hot':

  • Median days on market was 19 days
  • Inventory moving 50% 'Faster' than last year and 35 days 'Faster' than the US overall.
  • Properties in the area receive an average number of views 3 times 'Higher' than the US average.
