For Healthier Babies and Communities,  Support Breastfeeding Moms

Watch for our breastfeeding support signs on Lincoln StarTran buses starting in March.  Breastfeeding means healthier babies AND moms but it's not always easy.  Moms need support at home, in the workplace, and out in the community.  Find information and links to local support and resources at healthylincoln.org/breastfeeding.

Summer Employment Opportunities

The YMCA of Lincoln will be offering Walk-In Interviews for summer employment at all five Lincoln branches on Tuesday, March 10 from 9 AM to 12 PM  and Thursday, March 12 from 1 to 4 PM. 

No appointment is necessary and YMCA staff will be interviewing for positions such as Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Summer Day Camp Staff, Group Exercise Instructor, Housekeeping and more. Those interested in a summer job at the YMCA can also apply online at  www.ymcalincolnjobs.org .
Partnership for a Healthy Lincoln (PHL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health, wellness, and fitness of our community.  We collaborate with other organizations on joint projects to improve health by increasing physical fitness, promoting good nutrition, supporting breastfeeding, and working with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.
