Want to get a degree?

To petition for your associate degree, associate degree for transfer, or bachelors degree, you must meet with a counselor. And if you want to participate in the commencement graduation ceremony, this must be done by May 10th. Check out this webpage. Week 3 Spring quarter means we are starting to plan for the end of the year. Lots of parties and celebrations and recognition for our honors crew members.

  • May 4 Honors Research Symposium at Stanford - you can register at the door if you didn't make the list. Here is who we already have on the list -- if you are on the list but not going -- please let us know by emailing honors@foothill.edu. If you want to be on the waitlist (add your name here).
  • They take walk-ins. And we will hopefully be able to pay for you at the door. If not, the cost is $35 for you.
  • Honors Scholar Forms to complete. Important for transcripts.
  • Summer programs in Honduras, Hawaii, Lake County, and Guatemala are still signing up interested students - check out Global Experiential Learning Website
  • Big Announcement - End of Year Celebration for Honors Students. June 18th will be part of the really fun Transfer Celebration. More information to come, just save the date.
  • Honors Connection Club BBQ Celebration at Cuesta Park coming up.

For students who are completing the Honors Scholar program for Fall 2023 admission, all criteria must be completed by the end of Spring 2023 quarter. The petition window to request the Honors Scholar designation and report your service learning is due by Friday, May 19, 2023.

Foothill is representing! Come join us on Saturday May 4th in the heart of Stanford's beautiful campus. Hang out, watch some sessions, cheer our students, eat a lunch, go tour the campus, head to the bookstore, and maybe check out the Cantor Arts Museum (it's free).


WAIT LIST SIGN UP -- Make sure you are on the list so we can add you for a free conference! We are seeking extra funding and hope to be able to pay at the door for you.



Honors is paying for the conference registration ($35 value with lunch). Official registration has closed. We are making a waitlist in case people bail out.
