Leader's Message
Leader Dr. Nori Rost

As we prepare to open Adler Hall as a lunchtime escape from the holiday hustle and bustle, Leader Nori Rost explores what a curious Humanist can learn from the season. Read More
Theme of the Month: End Homelessness
With winter approaching, the banner on our meeting house makes the concise demand that the unhoused be given homes. Look for related programs throughout December.
Farewell to Society Office Manager Yalitza Garcia-Krawczyk
The Ethical Culture board and membership wish the very best of good fortune to Yalitza Garcia-Krawczyk who, after more than a decade of service to virtually all of us in so many ways, as both Office Manager to the Society and Production Manager for all of our print materials (right through to our banners and flag!), has been an integral and indispensable member of our staff. Yalitza will be missed by so many of us, but we do anticipate Yalitza’s success in all her future endeavors.

December Collection: Hope for Haiti
This month's Sunday collection will be given to Hope for Haiti, who are on the ground supporting the people of Haiti, primarily through the Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund. This past August, Haiti was hit by a deadly 7.2 magnitude earthquake, followed by a tropical storm. Nearly 130,000 homes were destroyed, roads are in ruins, and hospitals suffered damages. There is a need for access to clean water and safe food supplies. UNICEF estimates that more than 1.2 million people have been affected and need support. Give Now

With winter upon us, Easy Walkers leaders Bob Bumcrot and Howard Rose are taking a break. But don't fear, they’re promising to start their next walking season in late March.

Meanwhile, we’re ready to take your suggestions about where we should go — with just a couple of provisos: the destination must not require advance reservations or payment, or timed tickets.

Please send your suggestions to Elinore at EthicalOutlook@gmail.com.
