2022 BIL AIG FUNDS TO BE RECOVERED BY THE FAA IN 2025

2022 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) AIG Funds not obligated by Sept. 30, 2025, will be recovered by the FAA. Grant applications for 2022 BIL funds will need to be submitted to the FAA by June 1, 2025. This will require applicable projects that have a usable unit of work to submit final bid costs, final construction inspection costs or final design costs (design only projects) to MoDOT by May 1, 2025. Please work with your project managers listed in the link below to get your 2022 BIL funds and additional years of BIL funds obligated by the dates indicated in the table.

2024 Missouri Airport Directories

The 2024 Airport Directories are available. A box of copies will be available at the 4 State Conference. If you are interested in a copy or copies of the directory, please email Aviation@modot.mo.gov and include your mailing address and the number of directories you are requesting.

2025 FAA BIL Airport Terminal Program (ATP) Notice of Funding (NOFO) Opportunity

FAA BIL Airport Terminal Program (ATP) competitive grant program has been announced for Federal Fiscal Year 2025. Applications are due by July 31 at 4 p.m. More information can be found at: faa.gov/bil/airport-terminals
