School Supplies for 2022 - 2023
Introducing our New Online Ordering Option!

We are excited to partner with Educational Products Incorporated (EPI) on streamlining the school supply ordering process for this Fall.

Included below you will find links to each grade's supply lists for next year, along with a link for ordering them via EPI. While you are welcome to purchase supplies from the lists at the store, EPI offers discounted prices due to bulk ordering, and your child's supplies will be shipped directly to our school, so they will be in classrooms, ready to go for the Fall. Please order by July 4th if possible, so that we can utilize volunteers during Community Serve Day to deliver materials to classrooms, and please contact Mrs. Wulf with any questions.

To request support with school supplies, or to make a donation to support others, please reach out to our school counselor, Mrs. Bauer.

We still have a number of roles to fill for next year's board, and many open committee chair positions.

Our most urgent needs are listed below. Please email president@normanrockwellpta.org if you'd like to lend your time and talents to next year's PTA. No experience is necessary. Your current board will train and support you throughout the process!

VP of Fundraising: This person oversees all of our ABC (annual beagle contribution) fundraising efforts, in addition to dine-outs, Sprit-wear orders, read-a-thon programs, and any other fundraising efforts during the school year. Commitment is generally 3-5 hours per month in August/September, 1-2 hours per month the remaining months of the school year

VP of Academic Enrichment: This person oversees policies and communications with chairs of after-school and enrichment programs. Works in partnership with the school office to determine available class space, and submits building use permits. Commitment is generally 5-10 hours per month in August/September, December/January; 2-4 hours per month other months.

Art Reflections Chair: Reflections is a National arts program that allows students to submit art in 6 different categories. The Reflections chair publicizes the event, finds judges for each category, and provides electronic forms to all students who enter the contest. The chair also collects the final artwork submissions, coordinates judging, and advances qualifying submissions to the council level. Time commitment: 4-8 hours per month Sept – Dec.

Back to School BBQ Chair: This person helps to coordinate all logistics for our school wide annual “welcome back” event, which generally occurs in mid-late September. This person will find a vendor to provide food, will coordinate ticket sales, and will recruit volunteers for set-up and clean-up. Time commitment: 8-10 hours between August and September.

Welcome Back Coffee: This person helps to coordinate the welcome back coffee that generally takes place the Friday in September that kindergartners first start school (the chair brings coffee, arranges for pastries, and sets up near the flagpole outside). It’s an event that welcomes all new families, and provides support for parents who have to drop off their Ks for the first time. Mr. Clark always makes a guest appearance. One time commitment of 2-3 hours.
