Please welcome Alix to our Personal Training team! Alix's goal as a personal trainer is to help individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their fitness goals in the healthiest way possible.
Growing up, Alix was involved in competitive rowing. This is what sparked her curiosity about exercise and how much our bodies can do given the right training. This passion for fitness and wellness led her to become a certified personal trainer.
Alix enjoys working with clients from all walks of life, each with their unique goals and challenges. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement, she always listens to her clients and designs programs based on that.
Alix explains her philosophy as a trainer this way, "Everyone's body is so different and I really believe in finding what works for each person. Hitting your goals inside and outside the gym is a marathon, not a sprint. It will take time to do it right, but in the end the results will continue to show."
