Summer Visit Oppurtunities
Be our guest! We've welcomed many noteworthy visitors in our 328-year history and we can't wait to welcome you as well. Information sessions are led by a member of the Undergraduate Admission Office Dean's staff and guided campus tours are led by current William & Mary students.

Come see our beautiful campus -- whether that is in-person or virtual!
Register for Pathways 2022
Pathways is a unique way to start your W&M experience. During Pathways you will meet other new W&M students and form lasting friendships. You will be lead by experienced W&M students and learn valuable lessons. You will do all of this while participating in adventures, from the comfort of a tent and while sitting around the campfire.

Students can choose to participate in a week-long trip, either "backpacking in the Appalachians," "canoeing and camping," "Surf'SUP," or "Base Camp."

More information can be found below.
Register for 7 Generations
7 Generations is a pre-orientation program focused on sustainability and community engagement. It's your opportunity to build and serve community at the start of your W&M experience. In teams of eight, with two upperclassmen student leaders, 7 Generations participants spend the four days before Orientation volunteering, living, and exploring their new community together.

Our 7 Generations program is free to first generation and low-income students. A limited number of $75 scholarships are also available.
The Tribe Guide is Live!
The Tribe Guide is your student's one-stop online source for information about what they need to do before they arrive in Williamsburg this fall. From advising and registration to housing and meal plans, the Tribe Guide is here to help your student make a smooth transition to college life.

Please note that it is your student's responsibility to complete all questionnaires, educational modules, applications, etc. in the student checklist. Check out the Parent & Family Checklist for your own to-do's!

Parent & Family Council
The Parent & Family Council (PFC) is a community of parent donors and volunteer leaders who are dedicated to increasing parent engagement and philanthropy, promoting William & Mary, and strengthening the Tribe family. PFC families enhance student life and student success initiatives by giving and raising vital funds for the Parents Fund and programs across the university. As parent ambassadors, PFC members welcome new Tribe families and help them navigate life with a college student. Members also meet faculty and administrators, provide parent perspectives to William & Mary’s senior leadership, and learn about university initiatives and priorities.
