The NAI Southcoast team comprised of Douglas Legler, Casey Combs and Jeffery Allman diligently worked as site-selectors and Buyer Brokers for this exciting new Tru by Hilton development. As with many new development land deals, the buyer's team astutely crafted the contract so the buyer was able to receive full development approvals prior to closing on the property, thereby significantly reducing the risk to the purchaser. The NAI Southcoast team helped assemble the development team, worked through the due-diligence and approval processes, and generated public support which contributed to the ultimate approval of the project.
