Rev. Dr. Doug Gay is a Church of Scotland minister who is a Senior Lecturer in Practical Theology at the University of Glasgow, where he is also Principal of Trinity College and oversees candidates for Church of Scotland ministry.

Spring Concert: Cantata Sueños

Montview’s Westminster Choir is delighted to present the Colorado Premiere of Mexican Composer Arturo Márquez’s cantata for peace and justice, entitled “Sueños” (Dreams). The work sets texts by Mexican poet Guillermo Velázquez, Chief Seattle, Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. to Márquez’s highly evocative music. Congregational Meeting

Pathfinders


Pathfinders is a lively group of women who come together on the 2nd Friday of the month at noon in the McCollum Room for socialization and learning experiences. Sunday School at Montview


On April 7, our Sunday School classes read and discussed the parable of the vineyard workers. Each class also talked about prayer; visited the labyrinth on the South Plaza; and worked on memorizing Bible verses for our Children’s Service on May 12 at 10:00am. Read more HERE.

Montview's Immigration Task Force has begun helping a couple of migrant families assimilate in Denver. Here's one way you can help: Miker Silva needs a job. He is a construction worker with experience in carpentry, drywall, tiling and flooring. Learn more HERE.

Welcome Baskets

 

We have already given EIGHT cleaning baskets to Venezuelan families moving into their own homes! Now we need to fill more. We will provide the baskets if you can help to fill them. Pick several cleaning items from our list and drop them into one of the baskets in the Commons. And thank you!
