The FixedOps UX Podcast Makes Debut
A Minicast Hosted by Sean Reyes, Recall Masters CMO

Do we need another podcast about fixed operations? Maybe...maybe not. However, one thing is crystal clear - we need more ideas on how to build a better service ecosystem for customers, dealership staff and other stakeholders. The "minicast" is less than 5 minutes in length and will debut soon, featuring the most brilliant minds in our industry. Secrets will be unveiled.
"There's a lot happening in our industry today, so I just wanted to digest as many great ideas into the shortest amount of time," explains Sean Reyes, Recall Masters CMO and host of the FixedOps UX Podcast. "This isn't an attempt to unseat the great podcasts in our industry, but rather to be a receptacle of ideas that help dealers build a better culture for employees, customers and other stakeholders. While I have 35 years of B2B and B2C marketing, it's not about me. What fires me up is hearing about what innovative leaders are doing to build a better mousetrap. Our lineup of guests and the topics we'll cover will invite more viewers because it won't be a massive investment of time."
The tactics and strategies shared in the FixedOps UX are delivered in 5 minutes or less, all streamed on LinkedIn as well as available on the website...Watch all the episodes on the Recall Masters website.
