ChiroKids Day Mascot Contest

The CSW is searching for a mascot for this year's ChiroKids Day, and we know just the right people to help us...

YOUR patients! We want your patients to help us design the mascot for ChiroKids Day. Who knows the amazing powers that chiropractic care has better than your patients? We are asking patients, 18 years and younger, to help us design a mascot to promote ChiroKids Day to Wisconsin families.

Our question for them is: How does chiropractic make you feel?

Does it make them feel strong? Magical? Brave? Super? We want to know! You can find the ChiroKids Day Mascot Competition submission form here. We ask that submissions be from patients 18 or younger and that all drawings be super-awesome-amazing representations of how chiropractic makes them feel!! Contesters are welcome to use the submission form for their drawing, or they may use a separate sheet of paper as long as they have completed and attached the information section and waiver found on the submission form. All drawings must be returned to the clinic of origin by August 31st, and submissions must be received by the CSW by Friday, September 3d. The top 3 mascots will be announced on Facebook on September 13th. At this point, YOU get to vote on the winning mascot to be used to promote chiropractic!

Are you ready for the 2021 ChiroKids Day mascot contest? Participate in 3 easy steps! Step 1: Print off as many contest submission forms as possible. Step 2: Pass them out to your pediatric patients! Step 3: Return any submission forms to the CSW by Friday, September 3rd by scanning and sending them to events@chiropracticsocietywi.org or by mail to PO Box 259506, Madison, WI 53725 using a large envelope (do not fold submissions!).
