Don't Miss Our Farewell Open Houses and Take Your Child to the Library Day

Farewell to the Buildings: Thursday, Feb. 2 at McMahon Wintonbury and Wednesday, Feb. 15 at Prosser

The two-library buildings project is marching along and we are getting excited about the next phase: building and renovating! Before we leave, we are having parties to say farewell and to reminisce. Please join us and enjoy appetizers, music, mingling, and reminiscing with friends and staff. Thank you to the Friends of the Bloomfield Public Library for funding these events.

Take Your Child to the Library Day (TYCLD): Saturday, Feb. 4

For TYCLD, we will be celebrating our BPL fish as they will soon be going on vacation until we move back into a new Prosser Library. A very special Rainbow Fish costumed character will be making an appearance at both libraries during the day. We will be reading Rainbow Fish stories, making origami, coloring, making buttons, decorating cookies, and more. We will also have live music with Mike Markowitz and an opportunity to read to a registered therapy dog.
