Senior Sit and Get Fit
A Senior Fit class is being offered this Summer in our Fellowship Hall. Seniors (or those with limited mobility) who would like a little bit of instructed exercise are welcome to come for this “Sit and Get Fit” class. Would you like to build lean muscle, increase flexibility and balance all while seated?
- Each Tuesday & Thursday morning at 10:30am.
- Classes start June 15th: bring a light set of dumbbell weights, a towel and water.
- Each session is $5.
