Seasonal Registration Forms were sent to all seasonal campers on 1/24/24. As always, the forms are sent to one email address, TWICE. This two-step process allows us to collect information and signatures of seasonal campers with 2 Licensees OR 1 Licensee. If you started the forms but haven't opened and finished the steps in the 2nd email then your forms are INCOMPLETE. Please open the 2nd email and FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
  • If there IS a Secondary Licensee, that individual must sign where shown in the 2nd email of the forms.
  • If there is NOT a Secondary Licensee, click the box where shown.
  • Incomplete or incorrectly filled-out forms will need to be RE-DONE.

All 3 parts of the registration process must be completed before we can prepare Vehicle Passes: registration forms, payment, and supporting documents.

PAYMENT
  • Statements were sent to all seasonal families at the end of January. Payments can be made by:
  • Calling to pay with a credit or debit card (3% fee applies.)
  • Mailing a check-please include your site number in the memo.
  • Pay in person at Fish Lake Trailer Sales-hours: M-F 9a-3p until further notice.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Send supporting documents to camping@fishlakebeach.com with your site number and name. Our administrative staff sends every seasonal family a custom letter with a list of their missing documentation. Please keep track of what you send.
