Dr. Elizabeth Lottes and Chef Laura Robertson-Boyd will discuss what is available in Columbus farmers' markets and demonstrate recipes using garden-fresh produce from Dr. Lottes’ very own garden.
This discussion will focus on teaching patients how to shop smart for affordable seasonal produce and how to incorporate fresh Ohio produce into diets. Demonstration will use currently ripening fruits and vegetables.
