Cross maintains a Hero’s report that tracks significant results, specifically identifying when we ship products ahead of schedule or repair units ahead of our commitments. We have already logged 38 such hero events in the first 9 months of 2021, where we recognize these events to encourage our Cross team, ultimately for our customers benefit.
