Dear Friends,
As part of our end-of-year activities, you are invited to join us on Monday morning, June 7th for our fifth annual Poetry Celebration and year-end assembly. Each fifth grader will be reading one poem aloud from their anthology. We will also be celebrating all of their hard work this year as readers, writers, and thinkers. Feel free to invite other family members since we are totally virtual this year.
Poetry readings are scheduled by fifth grade advisory.

Following this event, we will be going on a poetry and science related field trip in Fairmount Park near the Philadelphia Art Museum. We will remind you again, but students will need a packed lunch, sunscreen, and appropriate sneakers for walking.
