As summer approaches, many agents will be taking some much needed time off. During this time, we see an increase in listing violations. Here are some tips to keep yourself in compliance during your vacation:
Don’t forget to close your listings within seven (7) days of closing. This has been the most fined violation for the past two years

Don’t be a frequent flyer! If you receive more than three violations in a calendar year, you will be required to attend a hearing with your broker. See our Multiple Violations Rule
