Principal Message

Westmoor Families,

Happy Friday! As we prepare for the last full week of school I'd like to send out a big thanks to our families for all the support and flexibility this year. We were pleased the second part of the year to bring back volunteers and some of our student celebrations.

Next week we are excited to have the Westmoor end-of-year picnic and carnival for our families. I'm looking forward to seeing you all there. We still need a few volunteer spots filled so please check out the link below in the PTO News.

I'd like to thank Jackie Earley for her two years of dedication and service as our Westmoor PTO president. She did a fabulous job pivoting as COVID protocols changed and helped us stay connected through her leadership. Thank you again Jackie for all you've done for us!

Have a wonderful weekend,

Mary

RETIRING TEACHERS

The PTO would like to thank four of our amazing teachers for their service to the school before they retire this spring. We know that they impacted many in their years here and we wanted to give the chance to everyone to contribute a card, picture or note to be compiled together and delivered to them. Please drop off the memories to Tracy Ferraro in the front office by Monday, May 24th and we will compile a Westmoor Memories Thank you for them!

Retiring teachers:

Mrs. Robson (1st grade teacher)

Mrs. Roth (Kindergarten Assistant)

Mrs. Russell (3rd grade teacher)

Mrs. Wippman (Gifted/Talented Teacher)

Also retiring - Mr. Schuler (Band Teacher), Mrs. Stanley & Ms. Petersen (Orchestra Teachers)

We know they will love to hear from families and former students throughout their alumni group!
