Coach Herm Edwards will be the keynote speaker for AEI 2024. In his address, he will address how small accomplishments help execute vision in tackling everyday goals. As an ESPN football analyst and former NFL and college head coach Herm Edwards will take attendees through his unique football journey as a player and coach to uncover the life lessons learned along the way. To better understand a team’s roles and responsibilities, participants will experience a “Huddle” to emphasize teamwork, communication and collaboration required to execute a successful game plan.
