A ½ cup of cooked asparagus is:
  • An excellent source of folate and vitamin K.
  • A good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, and thiamin.
  • A source of vitamin E, fiber, iron, potassium, riboflavin, and niacin

  • Cooked spinach n Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts)
  • Oils (corn, cottonseed, safflower, soybean)

Your local park, or even your home, have all the space you need to stay active without the need of a gym or expensive equipment. Walking, dancing, hiking, biking, or gardening are a few activities you can add to your routine to ensure an active lifestyle.
Aerobic activity moves your large muscles, such as those in your arms and legs. Running, swimming, walking, bicycling, dancing, and doing jumping jacks are examples of aerobic activity. Regular aerobic activity makes your heart and lungs stronger and able to work better. Here are some examples are simple physical activity.
