School Lunch Program
Families can now add money to lunch accounts using checking/savings or credit cards through their Blackbaud Tuition account.

We also added online registration/application for free and reduced lunch eligibility. We no longer require paper applications. However, both options are available on our website

Reminder for Parents of Freshmen
  • Join us on Wednesday, August 17 for Freshman Family Welcome Night. Mass in the theatre at 6. Program and reception begin at 7. It's a great way to meet other families. The school store will also have a special sale of t-shirts and sweatshirts that evening!
  • If you haven't completed the form for freshman contact information, please do so here.

Theatre Workshop - August 15th
Parents - Please share this information with your students.

Whether you plan to be on stage or off this year, please join us for a basic backstage and technical workshop on August 15th from 1-4pm. We would like everyone to be familiar with the light board, microphones, and the flyrail this year so that we can better help each other and work safely together.

Mr Romenesko and Ms. Milbach will make it fun and interactive. Join us and find out if there will be cookies. Add your name to the document if you will be there AND if you are interested but cannot make that day and time.

Parent Packets Available Now!
Our annual parent packets full of permission slips and other important forms are now available for pickup in the main office. The office is open from Monday-Thursday from 8 - 3:30 and on Friday from 8 - noon. We ask all families to pick up their packets and return them by orientation day.

Senior Picture Requirements
Parents of seniors, please make sure to see the requirements for senior pictures found on page 3 of this month's News and Notes. In order for your senior's picture to appear in the yearbook and the graduation slideshow, it must meet these requirements.

Driver's Education
Information regarding the fall sessions for Driver's Ed can be found on the Counseling Department's website. Enrollment is limited, so register soon if you'd like to take your classes at Xavier.

VEX Robotics Coach Needed
The highly decorated Xavier High School VEX program is in need of a coach! If you or someone you know is interested, please contact Mr. Mauthe.
