8th GRADE IS MOVING ON UP...
CONGRATULATIONS!

JOIN THE HOGGZILLA MEDIA TEAM
WHO CAN APPLY?
Open to incoming 6th, 7th and 8th graders. The Hoggzilla Media Team is looking for next year's newscasters! We are excited about the upcoming year!

WHAT IS IT?
Media Team is a full year design class, where students learn Adobe Premier Pro software (how to create a news ticker, PIP, video/audio transitions, etc.). Students applying need to feel comfortable working behind and in front of the camera. All members of the Hoggzilla News Team are responsible for all parts of the process – script writer, editor, teleprompter, recorder, organizer, planner, and uploader. The Media Team class is considered a Design course.

Hoggzilla News has transformed over the past 5 years. During our current time of virtual learning, individual creativity has flourished. At the same time, we have sought to streamline and become better communicators. Our role is to provide information that appeals to our audience of Hogg students. If you would like to see current & past news videos check our Hoggzilla News Vimeo channel. https://vimeo.com/user57970009
