Message from the executive office
I’m sure most of our readers are aware that we offer an extensive tuition assistance program for students of all ages and abilities taking classes and lessons at the FSPA. The annual Seeing Stars Benefit has raised money to support this program for over 24 years.

Did you also know that we started a new student support program that goes beyond tuition assistance to ensure students have what they need to fully participate in what we offer. Sometimes that extra pair of ballet shoes, or a set of drumsticks, getting a violin restrung, or even covering the materials fee for an acting class, can be a difficult reach for a student or a family. We want to be sure students can continue in their instructional program without interruption due to these hardships.

The FSPA Fund for Student Needs bridges that gap for a lot of families. It’s amazing how far a very small gift can go and what a big difference it can make to the student. As FSPA starts a new year we reach out to replenish this Fund and we hope you’ll consider a donation of any size. A little really means a lot!

I hope you enjoy a beautiful Michigan autumn week-end!

Sincerely,
Rodney Lontine
President and CEO
