Virginia Housing Training – Limit Increases, New Expanded Limits & More Workshop: Join Virginia Housing instructor Frank Webster to learn about changes to their programs which will help both first time and repeat homebuyers! Income limits have been increased significantly. Sales price limits have been about ‘no money down’ and closing cost assistance for your qualified buyers.

Burn Baby Burn: Instructor Ben Briscoe of Black Goose Chimney Service will address fireplace and chimney inspections, including wood burning v. gas log fireplaces and vented v. non-vented fireplaces. Wood stoves will also be covered. Jamie Bailey of Bailey Insurance Group will address insurance implications.

Toxins in the Home: Instructor Zac Sweeney of Green Home Solutions will address mold testing and removal, along with mold prevention advice for sellers and new homeowners. He will also address indoor odor removal and other indoor air quality concerns.
