Greetings from the ASC office!
Hope everyone had the opportunity to rest and recharge during winter break. As you all settle into a new semester, we wanted to provide a few reminders to students with accommodations:
Accommodations
Please make sure to send your accommodation letters to your professors as soon as possible. Remember, accommodations are not retroactive, so they can not be applied to any tests or assignments completed before the letter is distributed.
Surveys

If you haven’t done so, please take a couple minutes to complete our ASC satisfaction survey. We want to know how we’re doing and how we can improve our services!

There is also a survey to complete for the Division of Student Success. We appreciate you all taking the time to give feedback so that we can better serve students.
Licensure/Board Exams
If you are graduating this semester, know that licensure/board exams require students to request accommodations through their testing agency. Be sure to start collecting documents needed to submit your request. If you need help with this process, please contact us!
Drop-In Hours
You can also visit our drop-in hours in Wittson Hall/McGoogan Library (6065 Brave Space Room). We will be there to answer questions about accommodations on board exams, as well as other inquiries relating to accommodations in general. These hours will be as follows:
- Monday, January 30 / Wednesday, February 1: 11am - 12pm
- Tuesday, January 31 / Friday, February 3: 12 - 1pm
