Community Medicine Research and Service Opportunity

Work with Dr. Ransome Eke to address health disparity issues related to COVID-19. This research opportunity aims to increase health access in west Georgia (Butts, Carroll, Coweta, Fayette, Heard, Henry, Lamar, Meriwether, Pike, Spalding, Troup, and Upson counties). For more information, contact Dr. Eke.

Volunteers Needed for Upcoming Randolph County Health Fair

September 10 | 11 am - 2 pm | Cuthbert, GA

The Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center is hosting a health fair in Randolph County and needs medical students to lead teddy bear clinics and pig lung demonstrations.

Exercise is Medicine

Since the beginning of time, exercise has been used as a form of medication to help fight disease and maintain overall wellness. Christopher Rogers, MS-4 gives a brief history of exercise as medicine and gives you a recommend "dosage."
