Dear Families of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School,

Happy Spring Break!!! Spring Break means we have completed three-quarters of our academic year and are in the home stretch! As we start to look ahead to next year, I want to share with you our 2022-2023 calendar. Below is next year’s calendar approved by the Archdiocese. Please use this when making plans for next year. Enjoy the next ten days off and we’ll see your Dolphins back on campus on Tuesday, March 22nd!

This year, St. Anthony became a partner school with ACE. This is an additional need-based scholarship opportunity for our students. Applications are submitted through FACTS. Please see the document below for more information.

Saturday, April 9 | St. Anthony Gym

4th & 5th Grade: 9 - 10 a.m. (4th Grade will be finished in time for kickball party!)

2nd & 3rd Grade: 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

All Skill Levels! Whether you have played a lot, or even if you have never played before, this is a chance to have fun with your classmates!

Cost is free, but students must turn in registration forms by April 1st.

NURSE'S NOTES

We will continue to work closely with our local Health Department officials and the Catholic Schools Office to ensure the safety of our students and staff should the school experience a positive case of COVID-19. Please see the attached document regarding screening of your students and on-campus requirements should someone test positive for COVID-19.

Parents, please call or e-mail attendance@staopcs.org and Mrs. Pavlock (lpavlock@staopcs.org) if a child is out for illness.
REMINDER: Students must stay home if a household member is being tested for COVID and must remain out until results have returned.

Located at University of St. Thomas | 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

For Grades 3-12, FCWC provides a unique setting in which children can learn the power of words, gain practice in self-expression, and expand their creativity while having fun. Hesitant writers bloom in the supportive environment as they experience different ways of writing and develop the confidence to think of themselves as writers. Children who already see themselves as authors develop new skills, stretch their creativity, and enjoy inspiration and mentoring from professional faculty writers.
